Got a parking ticket that wasn't warranted and popped into argos to get it sorted. Spoke to the manager Sam S and she got right on the problem and worked with us to help resolve. Great customer service she couldn't have been more helpful.
SHOCKING Service by the so called managed . She is in her 50’s glasses dark hair. This was in a Sunday morning. She is rude unprofessional and just shocking at customer service. Wanted to return something and got spoken down to and I felt intimidated I left and went to another the same day and it was so different. So it all comes down to this one person giving the store and Argos a bad name Please demote her and retain her attitude

I'm giving it one star for the lack of professionalism. I bought a set of cookware and changed my mind. I unpacked it to see if it was damaged, and changed my mind after unpacking it. I tried to return it to the store, but the manager wouldn't accept it. The policy states you have 30 days to return the product. This person shouldn't be working there.
Like the other bad experiences on here I was refused to return a faulty item. I was spoken to in a rude manner, totally unprofessional and I will definitely never return to this store again.
