When we arrived we had a look for a product similar to what we had & to be honest we were a little confused. I asked for help and after a very short wait Will came over & gave us his expert advice & information on the VAX carpet cleaner stating all the benefits from buying the product including better build specifications & including the VAX 6 year product protection which swung the deal. Throughout the whole process Will was polite, knowledgeable & very very helpful to the point of pointing out an in store offer of a phone screen protection service which we too availed ourselves of. Albert was extremely kind enough to carry our VAX to the car for me for which I was very grateful for.

Thought I'd go for the retail experience and buy a mouse from the shop rather than going online. So basically all of the products have a lock to stop you picking it up, and security device that blocks what it looks like. No information at all other than a price and the product name. So basically I am stood there Googling the code for each device to see what it does and what it looks like - at which point realise the mistake I made of coming here in the first place and walked out. Good news Curry's corporate team, you've reduced thefts, but at the expense of sales.

I honestly felt compelled to leave a second review purely because of Rob. Once again, he was absolutely magnificent. His knowledge, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help are second to none, and it’s rare to come across someone so consistently excellent at what they do. He makes the whole experience effortless and enjoyable, and Curry’s on Clough Road is very lucky to have him. Rob continues to set the standard for outstanding customer service — an absolute credit to the store

I had a fantastic experience at Curry’s on Clough Road, made even better by Rob. He was incredibly knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely took the time to make sure I got exactly what I needed. His level of professionalism and customer care really stood out and is exactly what you want when making an important purchase. Rob should absolutely be a General Manager — he represents the company brilliantly and would be a great face of the business. An all-round excellent experience, topped off with his great beard! Highly recommend this store and especially Rob.

I came in today needing a new laptop and was served by Albert. He couldn't of been more helpful in guiding me through what is going to be best for me for what I need it for, not to mention how above and beyond he went to make us feel comfortable in the store, particularly helping us entertain my 2 year old so we could make a purchase smoothly! It was lovely to be served by someone who was so down to earth and not pushy in the slightest and understood all of my concerns & picky-ness! Thanks again, Albert is a credit to your store 10/10 service.
