Store was busy as you'd expect this time of year but it looked tidy throughout. Staff seemed very attentive and it didn't take long to receive an offer of help. The gent who initially served us was very welcoming , bubbly and friendly and seemed very knowledgeable about the item we were enquiring about. He then handed us over to another guy. This guy was no where near as helpful or chatty as the first fella , its a shame till now we were both really impressed with the service in the store. We decided amongst ourselves which one we wanted before asking to pay. Not a bad shopping experience but could have been so much better.

Went to look for a new oven. Plentybof choice but i wasnt sure. Staff was very helpful explaining each oven. I couldn't make my mind up but staff didnt pressure me to buy and advised i think about it then pop back if i had any questions. I did eventually order one online then went to pick it up. staff on entry was very friendly and helpful. The lady at the collection desk was quick at sorting my order and friendly. And the guy who brought the oven out helped my partner load it into the back of the car.

There,s an excellent display of goods on show. It has good free parking. There,s nearby eating establishments. If you see something the same cheaper they will match. Lots of TV,s working on display.

This place should not exist. I ordered something at Monday. I came Thursday evening and they said I have to still wait because it's not here. And I'll receive massage. I came Friday morning and say I want refund and I go away. The answer. "Can you wait? Your item is probably somewhere inside. After 15min she came with it and happy smiling. However that item cost 40£ more than anywhere. I just bought it because I expected faster delivery to the shop but don't kidding right now. When something cos around 200 and you pay 40 extra just because it's in the store and don't care about delivery. Close this funny place. You earn just on the older people who don't even remember their names.

I bought a microwave from curries. The store had very few customers in while I was there. A few of the staff where busy chating to each other. None of them troubled themselves to help us. I helped myself to a £90 microwave and brought it to the pay desk and waited for the desk staff to attend. I had to call out to them for service. On getting service I was given a speal on extra cover A weired take on warranty and promptly called them out to just give me the product I was buying. Never again.
