I visited Poundland in Hull today and was disappointed to see that there was limited stock and empty shelves. I was hoping to buy some cleaning products and toiletries, but there was very little available. The shelves that were stocked were full of products that I wasn't interested in. I also found the store to be quite dirty. There was dust on the shelves and the floors were sticky. The staff seemed to be understaffed and were struggling to keep up with the customers. Overall, I was not impressed with my visit to Poundland in Hull. I would not recommend this store to others. Here are some specific examples of the limited stock and empty shelves that I saw: The cleaning products aisle was almost completely empty. There were only a few bottles of bleach and a few boxes of detergent left. The toiletries aisle was also very limited. There were only a few types of shampoo and conditioner available, and there was no soap or toothpaste. The shelves that were stocked were full of products that I wasn't interested in. For example, there were a lot of toys and games, but I was looking for cleaning products and toiletries. Overall, I was not impressed with my visit to Poundland in Hull. I would not recommend this store to others.
Bargains galore, extensive range of products for the home, toiletries, food and drinks ,children's toys , electrical items, dog foods and other pet products all for bargains prices, not all a quid anymore though ha ha
Great for getting cheap items. I have been buying six pack baked snacks. This time they didn't have any so may be limited stock. Other items are in regular stock. The staff at the tills could be friendlier. They are fine otherwise and do the job well.
Not everyone's cup of tea but still worth a browse now and then. Many items are still a pound but prices are creeping up. Their product range is varied from toiletries to household goods and stationery. Quality named items are on sale from recognised manufacturers. And if are not careful you could easily come out of the shop spending far more than a pound.
