An elegant Victorian house in the centre of Filey, a thriving small sea-side fishing town popular with families, fishermen and sailors.

Only 5 minutes walk to the 5 mile stretch of golden beach. Opposite tennis courts and a bowling green. 100 yards from a large park with boating pool, swings and crazy golf.

Our house is a large, 3 storey Victorian terrace. Downstairs we have a lounge, dining room, kitchen and a large well equipped utility room and downstairs toilet. The rear garden/courtyard is a perfect for catching those end of day rays whilst relaxing with a well deserved drink.

With 5 bedrooms we can sleep 10 or a maximum of 11 people. One of the bedrooms comes with an en-suite. There is a large family bathroom with toilet and also a separate toilet room.

The house is decorated in a modern light style, though keeping the period beauty. The lounge and dining rooms both have cast iron fireplaces, adding to the Victorian charm. We have tried to think of all those little extras that you might enjoy on holiday; lots of board games for cosy evenings in, some recipe books for quick and easy, but tasty food and a selection of beach toys to save you the hassle of packing your own.
