|A local favourite is set to return to a Yorkshire whisky distillery for a special live music performance. Tom Figgins, a talented singer-songwriter from York, will take to the stage at the Spirit of Yorkshire Distillery on 27th June for the latest Distillery Session. This event promises to bring together music lovers and whisky enthusiasts alike in an intimate setting.
Tom Figgins Returns
Tom Figgins is no stranger to the Pot Still Coffee Shop stage, having performed there before. His music combines a powerful vocal range with impressive guitar skills and lyrics that many find relatable and heartfelt. Jenni Ashwood, the marketing director at Spirit of Yorkshire, expressed her excitement for Figgins's return, stating, “Tom’s incredible vocal range, masterful guitar playing, and heartfelt, relatable lyrics make his performances perfect for our intimate live music nights. The Distillery Session featuring Tom Figgins will be held on 27th June. Tickets for this musical evening are priced at:
£15 for general admission
£25 for admission with Greek street food included

More Than Just Music
The Spirit of Yorkshire Distillery offers more than just live music events. Visitors can take guided tours of the distillery, which are available seven days a week. These tours provide insight into the whisky-making process and the history of the distillery which makes the famous Filey Bay. Additionally, the Pot Still Coffee Shop serves homemade refreshments, making it a perfect spot to relax before or after a tour. The coffee shop is open:
Monday to Saturday from 9:30 am to 4:00 pm
Sunday from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm
