Chipotle cheese bites are the worst. I’ve never seen anything like this in any UK branch
pretty sure i got fed uncooked stuffing and the kiosks didn’t let me deselect half the items already on??? poor staff didn’t know what to do 🤦♀️ to top it off the cucumbers were dehydrated and stale
So I asked for wrap the women looked me like I she had no clue in what I was asking she then made it wwnt to eat it looks like a child had made it it also wasint even nice tast like rubber hard to bite. Not gone liue but customer service is shocking with stuff specially when you walk in they look at you with disgust
Ordered a breakfast sandwich. It was cold. Given it was toasted, but previous purchases of the same item at different stores the sandwich contents have always been hot. This wasn't pleasant to eat. The hash brown tasted stale because they weren't cooked with a taste of freezer on them. The cheese was barely melted and the bread also tasted stale. First and last time trying this particular store. The staff whoever were very welcoming.
Stale bread. Order was wrong. Had to wait 5 minutes for a latte, after sandwich was ready. What a joke.
