Rip off Britain! £6.99 for a meal deal 6 inch roll packet of crisps and a small coke. Really struggling to understand the people serving as both did not have a English accent. Thought I was getting a cookie as well but said one or the other.
Very bad hygiene!!! Went in for some food, one staff person busy on the phone, second staff left the mop down and came to make me a sandwich.....after literary cleaning the floors .....who would it something like that?
We ordered via uber eats and all of our food was stone cold, which is tolerable with the sandwich's but sides of cheese bites and garlic bread was inedible. The subs themselves had an strange sour taste to them and didn’t taste fresh at all, despite ordering first thing in the morning
An absolute disgrace. Ordered on just eat which was accepted and said it was being prepared. As the time got to the quoted delivery time, my order was suddenly cancelled. Total waste of time, if they had no intention of delivering the order then why bother accepting the order - it's now approaching 9pm and I need to find somewhere that will actually honour their orders.
I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding the unprofessional behavior of a female staff member has short hairs at Guiseley Subway. During my visit, I experienced behavior from this staff member that was disrespectful and unacceptable, She was [rude/disrespectful/uncooperative – choose the appropriate words], spoke in a harsh tone, and showed a lack of courtesy throughout the interaction. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with basic respect and professionalism, which was unfortunately not the case. almost all new staff are unprofessional This incident left me feeling uncomfortable and disappointed. I understand that everyone can have a difficult day, but there is a standard of customer service that should be consistently upheld, especially at a well-known establishment like Subway. I am bringing this to your attention not to create conflict, but to ensure better service for all customers in the future. I hope appropriate action will be taken to address this issue and provide staff with any necessary guidance or training to prevent similar experiences.
