Story time of poor customer service and experience, I went in and they had the self service option I thought lets try it but did not give extra options such as extra cheese, so I cancelled my order and pressed the bell for some assistance, and someone else came to use the self service option and I spoke to the colleague and she insisted me to use the machine I said no I would like to order from you directly she said you will have to wait for the self service machine customers first then I can serve you, I didn’t bother arguing and all I wanted was a salad bowl, I left in frustration and absolutely poor from subways 👎👎👎 #get rid of self service

Walked in, I was the only customer. Two people behind the counter, one wouldn’t make eye contact the other told me to use the screen to order. I asked to order there and was told to use the screen. So I left. I’d get it if there was a queue, but I was literally the only person there.

There making you use automated ordering machines, taking away any human interaction. I indicated that I would not like to proceed that way and became quite uncomfortable. Customers should have a choice and the automation of all aspects of consumer behaviour should be an innovation for customer experience……..when they make a robot to make a subway everyone is out of a job !!!
