Absolutely Disgusting – DO NOT GET FOOD FROM HERE. I am extremely disappointed with my recent order from Subway. I ordered a footlong margherita and a portion of waffle fries, and the quality was beyond disgusting – completely unacceptable and should not be allowed to be served to the public. The margherita was soggy, wet, cold and entirely inedible. It looked like someone had just slapped on a bit of tomato sauce with barely any cheese, no care taken whatsoever. The bread hadn’t even been slightly toasted – it was limp, wet and genuinely revolting. As for the waffle fries, the portion was pitifully small, and most of them weren’t even in waffle form – it looked like someone had just chopped up a whole potato and tossed it in the box. I only ate a few because I was absolutely starving and it’s my lunch break – I don’t have time to go and buy something else or make food. To make matters worse, I tried to contact the store using the number listed on the website, but it doesn’t even work. So I will be visiting the store in person to return the food and speak to someone directly. I want my money back – this is not acceptable in any way. This level of quality is not just poor – it’s appalling. If this is the standard being served, the place needs to be shut down. Completely unacceptable.
Young female worker was miserable. She could crack a smile. She got my order wrong because she was chatting away to someone in her ear using ear buds and I said i didn't ask for salsa and she said well I've done it now so I said I'm not paying for it so she said something in a different language and carried on. I'd have walked out but my partner and kids were hungry
Some shady practices going on at this store. The prices charged at the till are more expensive than the prices advertised on the menu boards. Apparently someone has just forgotten to update them. Considering it's just screens running off a computer, surely that could be done in seconds? I bet they wouldn't forget the update it on the till system. 🙄
What can I say, this Subway has really gone down hill. It used to be a decent Subway, then they stopped allowing salad on all the breakfast Subs. Now they have gone even further by upping the prices and overcharging people. Today, I was £8.09 for a Sausage, Egg and Hashbrown sandwich with no bacon and they refused Salad. There weren't much meat either. I feel completely ripped off. I was expecting it to cost about £5 or £6. I won't be coming to this brance again.
Servers couldn't speak or understand English to a acceptable level to work in retail i had to reiterate my order over 5 times half way through my order they stopped serving me and sorted out a deliveroo order before finishing mine also I was charged twice for the most pathetic amount of crispy onions I've ever seen! this subway used to be brilliant, but I suspect the franchise has changed hands as none of the staff are british anymore. The service sucks , and now it is not worth visiting anymore it's amazing how franchises can ruin the good name of a brand and the brand does nothing about it. R.i.p subway
