Didn't know what a cheese toastie was (?!?!) overcharged me for 2 'cheese toasties' refunded me, still overcharged me because it was made wrong. Then as I was sat there eating my food, they were literally stood chatting amongst themselves saying 'they [me] should have said triple cheese toastie then' because the woman on the til was told to put it through as XYZ... woman on the til was very apologetic, absolutely no issue with her. But the other one was stood talking about me like I wasn't there whilst I was sat down eating my food. I was on a very short dinner break so couldn't be bothered arguing or calling them out as I had no time to eat and get back. Will never go there again. I've included a screenshot of a 'cheese toastie' though. It should help next time someone wants something so simple 👍 (FYI I was originally charged £9.27 for 2 cheese toasties and a pack of 3 cookies, cheese toasties are meant to be £1.25) clearly it still shouldn't have come to £7.47
The people are lovely, nice fresh food, quick service and by far the best subway i have been to
the food was amazing, perfect portions in my sandwich, and the prices are much better than bus station subway. the employees are very friendly and it is a welcoming environment. the shop is extremely clean and well kept.
staff are lovely, nice and friendly and very easy to talk to, atmosphere is nice, Looks very clean and up to standard. food was lovely probably one of the best subway foods i’ve had. Definitely recommend!!
