Visited this shop 24 September with my friend. What an enjoyable experience we both had. We received a warm friendly welcome from the knowledgeable, helpfull, willing Kim who provided us with an outstanding level of customer service in a relaxed environment. Nothing was too much trouble for her. I purchased two pairs of trainers and my friend purchased a pair of shoes. The added bonus was that there was 20% of everything. Many thanks to Kim you are an asset to the business. Her colleague also displayed a nice friendly attitude towards us too. We would definately recomend and return.

Hi just wanted to say what a fabulous experience my sister and I had at the Ilkley store last Sunday. We were there for 3 hours, bought £650s worth of shoes and the staff, especially Caroline, we're excellent. Her customer service is amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and we got coffee. We definitely will be back.

My absolute favourite shop in Ilkley .I never can resist leaving the shop with at least two pairs of sandals and a handbag!!! The lady who works there is so friendly and pleasant!!!!!

The staff are very attentive and friendly they are very familiar with there stock which in this day and age I find very refreshing. The shoes are of the highest quality and are extremely fashionable they are also comfortable.
