Moda in Pelle

Walked into this store today. immediately the two lovely shop assistants ( olivia and charlie)made eye contact and asked if i needed help instantly. From not really needling anything i ended up purchasing some items and was very happy indeed due to the staff going way and beyond as well as super informative. The lovely manageress whose name i have forgotten was also very nice and was from the North East. Why has this store got such a low rating totally baffles me... 5* all the way!!!!

Just made a purchase at the Leeds store. The staff were excellent, very helpful and professional. Tracey was a star great customer service.

Lovely little shop. Katelyn was attentive, informative and helpful. We will be back!

They received a return on 18th June (confirmed @post office website) Impossible to get hold of them by phone, it cut off after 9, 11 minutes wait, no live chat. No refund issued yet. Apalling.

I went into store today with family members. Two of the employees working there were so rude and eye rolling each other when we asked for shoes to try on like it was too much effort. When I asked for their name as I wanted to provide feedback as the customer service was absolutely disgusting she responded by my manger is there you can speak to her. Manager couldn’t really be bothered entering into discussions. They then tried to make out as though there was an incident that had happened outside the store and they were pulling faces to this. Looks like some serious training needs to be provided to the workers here regarding customer service, not a pleasant shopping experience at all. If I could give zero stars I would!
