I just walked in the store at Ilkley with my family. The kids chose a fleece and I went upstairs to look at footwear. I returned downstairs with a shoe that I wanted in my size and a male and female staff were talking near the till. It was 5:10pm and the male rolled his eyes at me and wouldn’t assist me stating that they don’t do shoes after five o’clock! They close at 5:30! If I owned this store that kid would be fired tomorrow! Disgusting service!

Saturday - uninterested staff. Had to seek them out to try some boots on. Reluctantly followed me upstairs but not before consulting themselves over who was going for lunch. After my size wasn't available I would have expected to be offered something similar or further options rather than stand there with hands in pockets Obviously the lunch break more important than a sale. I won't be back.

Called into the recently opened store yesterday and very impressed with the ordered merchandise and the quality and prices of the goods I bought a jacket which is great and upon leaving the store and walked back to the car I noticed I had left my man bag somewhere.Walked back to the store and the staff had already ascertained my ID and alerted the police.The manager deserves special mention for walking to the car park in the snow to track us down.How good is that !!!!!!! What a human being.

Just popped in for a waterproof jacket, boots and a rucksack. Good range of kit, great prices and super friendly helpful staff.
