|Vegans have so much to choose from when visiting Yorkshire. Here we celebrate World Vegan Day 2022 with a round-up of vegan delights in the region:
The Orchid Vegan Restaurant, York
A pure vegan kitchen and a menu with an Asian twist - this is a great destination for all vegans, in the heart of York. The nearest hotels are The Grand (which also boasts a vegan afternoon tea option) and the Park Inn by Radisson York City Centre. The restaurant is a 10 minute walk from York Train Station.

Small-Group Vegan Food Tour of Harrogate
Lunch consists of five vegan tastings at independent eateries in Harrogate. The tour starts at Papa's Restaurant and finishes at The Little Ale House. Nearby Hazel Manor offers a bed for the night and a vegan breakfast, if you want to make a weekend of it.
The Retreat Tearoom, Grassington
The Retreat has a renowned Vegan menu with vegan version of its gourmet burger and puy lentil Sheperdess pie available alongside a plethora of other treats.
