The Old Bridge Inn

Food and service is excellent. The disabled toilet is located by the main bar, so if you are dining in the restaurant you need to go outside the building and back in. Alternatively eat in the bar! There is one disabled parking space, but it is hard to get to its better to park in the car park by the bus station and wheel over the river.

Nice atmosphere, friendly staff and very nice food. Unfortunately that’s as good as it gets. The service is very slow, The table tops are sticky. The rooms are worn out and not cleaned properly. (Previous guests discarded rubbish in drawers etc) The beds are absolutely knackered. Massive dips in the mattresses making it uncomfortable and difficult to sleep.

Always love to call in for a pint at the cosy Old Bridge in Holmfirth! Couple of nice local beers on cask, great food and they do a nice coffee and a cake int daytime as well. They always have a good playlist on (a very important and often overlooked vibe setting tool) and Jordan is sound. 👍 Would rate the Old Bridge a solid 12 out of 12.

Stayed over for the food and drink festival our room no27 was lovely with a balcony at the front of the hotel. The room was clean and well kept an warm facilities where good and breakfast in the morning was very nice. Would definitely stay here again.
