I'd like to know on what planet this is ok to leave the store! Ordered a sausage and bacon baguette with extra sausage and BROWN sauce! I got 2 sausages, 4 bacon and tomato ketchup and its stone cold! I'm absolutely disgusted!
If I could give nil stars then I would. Been to this store today,20th may. Person behind the counter was rude and brusque. My husband asked her if she had any cheese and ham baguettes and she said its all out there. Not so sorry we have non left or can I get you anything else, no she was just plain rude,as if she was doing us a favour. Wondered why the Wilds bakery was full inside and out so now I know. Get some manners you are not doing customers a favour they are doing you one by keeping you in a job.
Today I travelled a long way, for a day out in Keighley. This is one of the worst Greggs I've been in. It's the Easter holidays lots of people off work, and children off school. So a busier time. But shelves half empty at 1:30pm and not bothered just said had no ingredients in. Very poor customer service in my eyes
Long queue the whole time we were in there and took quite a while to be served. Pasties not warm/not hot. Tables all needed wiping. The toilet cubicle was really dirty. The sink hadn't seen a cloth and detergent for a long time. Toilet needed dusting and bleaching. Bins thick with dust, not been cleaned for ages. Seemed short staffed. Staff tried to serve quickly but were very busy.
Excellent cafe with excellent food choice. 👌
