Not a good experience shopping today. Some shelves not stocked and a few of the Cauliflowers were black. Worst part was at the till. The conveyer had a wet patch which the assistant didn't offer to dry and dismissed as 'just water'. She then proceeded to wipe her nose with her hand and dry her hand on her trousers all whilst handling our purchases. Really wished we'd used the self checkout or better still gone to Sainsbury's.

Excellent service from a really kind lady on the till this afternoon. I was feeling a bit dizzy whilst waiting at the tills and she was so kind giving me a few sugar sweets to pep me up. Thank you for your concern I really appreciated it. Sorry I didn’t get your name. In general the staff are all lovely but a special shout out to this particular lady.

Have come in 4pm on a Friday. Shelves on Chicken shop and Pie Shop are pretty much empty. I know Keighley is a deprived area but some of us do still work for a living and do our shopping when we finish. Went to wines and spirits to buy a gift for someone, the selection is substandard. Tried to leave empty handed and basically the place is set up to hold you hostage only allowing you to leave if you buy something. I'll stick to Sainsbury's.

Always try to rip you off with different prices at the till. For example, Relentless energy drink. £1 on shelf, £1.40 at the till. I buy them regularly and have told staff about 10 times now, nothing gets changed. Also I'm sick to death of being pounced upon by people scrounging for charities or selling services as you try to walk out. I just came in for a meal deal on my 1/2 hour lunch break, not to be pesterd. Do one! Do Morrisons not realise, this puts people off and they shop elsewhere?

Store unkempt,,shelves like a jumble sale,,toilets absolutely disgusting have been for over a year now,terribly smelly which omits into the store,,,security men wandering around aimlessly,on mobiles,,,been going to this store for 35yrs,,,since the renovations standards have dropped,,prices not as advertised at the till,have to watch that,,,I now go to the illingworth store completely the opposite,a joy to shop there,,everything tidy, clean and ship shape,,,well done illingworth👍
