This is a boring shop. Good range of items for camping, you can get a good deal here sometimes, especially if you're a member. It was better before they sold off their spaces to third party companies. The bike section here is no longer run by go outdoors - Some expensive, pretentious third party company. Generally clean & tidy - prefer the store in Farsley.
Called at this shop today rather than the Wakefield branch. The shop was well stocked with all your outdoor activity needs, we managed to get the gas bottles we wanted. Staff appeared pleasant and approachable.

I recently visited GO Outdoors to purchase a pair of Wellington boots, and my experience was outstanding, thanks to Sam. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patiently explaining everything I needed to know about the different options available. Sam took the time to walk me through each style and feature, which made it much easier to find the perfect pair. His patience was remarkable as I took my time deciding, and he remained courteous and polite throughout the process. Sam’s expertise and dedication to customer satisfaction truly set this experience apart. I would highly recommend GO Outdoors for anyone in need of quality products and top-notch service!
Came here to find a bike for my little boy, but they were all tied together with security alarms because of "risk assessments or something". We'll spend out money somewhere else then 👍🏼
