Ridiculously long queues at the tills, only a handful of which were staffed. This was on a weekday when the store wasn't busy. After a 20-minute wait, I abandoned my purchases, and instead went to George Asda to do my clothes shopping, where the customer service is what it should be. C'mon Primark, sort it out!
Impossible to actually buy anything here. I refuse to stand in the ridiculous queues that are here constantly. Why should I waste my own precious time so Primark can save money? So Made a click and collect order to avoid the queues. Made a special trip to town to get in only to be told oh sorry the system is down. I GIVE UP. Primark you’re never getting a penny from me again and I hope others follow suit.
Well stocked with plenty of range, Couldn't find an item I was looking for but a member of staff was happy to point me in the right direction. There are plenty of fitting rooms which were clean. Although there was quite a queue the staff were great at serving customers efficiently so it didn't feel like you were waiting for long. Given it was busy staff seemed to be good at keeping the stock off the floor and restocking.
**Scarf from Primark :** I recently purchased a scarf from Primark, and I must say I'm quite pleased with my purchase. The scarf is not only stylish but also affordable. It's perfect for adding a pop of color to my outfits, and the quality seems quite good for the price. I'm happy with this buy! **Hoodie from Primark:** I also bought a hoodie from Primark during my visit. While it was very budget-friendly, I have to admit that the quality isn't the best. It feels a bit thin and might not be the warmest option for colder weather. However, if you're looking for something casual and don't want to spend too much, it could still serve its purpose. **T-Shirts from Primark :** I picked up a few t-shirts at Primark as well. They were reasonably priced, but I did notice that the quality was not exceptional. The fabric seems a bit thin, and I'm not sure how they will hold up over time. They are okay for basic, everyday wear, but I wouldn't expect them to last for ages.
A good store, things of decent quality, I often drop in here and never leave empty-handed, I recommend it!
