Primark

Went to primark on Tuesday. Bought some underwear. Guess what? Came home and one is missing from the ‘4 pack’ then on top of that their gloss seemed like it’d been opened. I will be coming down at some point and I demand to be compensated for this inconvenience that may be small but annoying. I’ve asked on the live chat and they said it’s my statutory right to return anyway and I wouldn’t even need a receipt. I’m writing this review because you hire many many workers yet things like this go unnoticed. You guys were more organised in kirgate shopping centre, since you’ve relocated to broadway, bloody hell there’s so much disorganisation and issues with your stock availability even in the morning. Sort it out and trust me when I come down I will speak to the manager myself. What a farce and inconvenience.

Imran is a lovely human being. He was working upstairs on the fitting rooms today and he was so warm and great. He is deaf but he still managed to communicate with us and did it with such a warm smile. He is genuinely great!

Nice shop however horribly managed. There's never enough workers in the tills to help reduce the long queues. The queues are ridiculousike a theme park ride. I've never bought anything in store because did this and order online. The till issue needs to be seriously addressed as you're losing a lot of customers as they can't be bothered with your queues. If you want a refund you have to wait in these king queues too and there's no dedicated return desk. Probably done intentionally to put off returning. I would give 5 stars if this was addressed.

I went to primark today! And I was absolutely appalled by the service I received. All the tills were closed except one, and a single staff member, Vangie, was left to handle a long line of customers on her own. She looked completely exhausted and under pressure while everyone else seemed to be standing around doing nothing. I ended up waiting far too long just to be served, and it was clear that the situation was unfair to both staff and customers. Management really needs to step up and organise the team better. All the employees were wondering about like security..Disgusting.

Fantastic experience Friday morning 3rd October, A lovely young lady called Sandra, helped me with finding many items on my shopping list & i have a disability that you can't see, & this experience was above and beyond staff training, so thank you Sandra and may you be rewarded, kind regards
