Primark

Rude staff that clearly woke up on the wrong side of bed. Paid for a bag at checkout and was then told they don’t have any. Then the young Asian lady stood there with a smirk on her face and said “would you like a 15p refund”. Then started laughing with her colleagues. Nah I don’t want the refund. Maybe you should take it and spend it on a personality you rude girl. Will be taking bags from primark from now on.

What a joke Primark has become with the quality of their cloths. I have 4 T shirts from over 10 years ago that have been washed over a 100 times. And have not yet once shrunk. Doesn't matter what T shirt I buy from the cheapest to the most expensive has shrunk from a xl to a small in a matter of months even when air dryed. Pathetic

Lovely shop, got what I needed. A very lovely helpful assistant called Zena, we had a short chat as she was from Kenya and myself also, she was so happy 🇰🇪🇰🇪

A great Primark Shop - most outstanding was the the helpful and considerate service at the fitting rooms (Ann) and similarly the pleasant staff interactions at the tills (Jackie + .?)

Not a fantastic homeware range. Appalled that the store has a no refund or exchange policy where receipt is lost, not even a store credit voucher to the item current selling price. Over 2 visits found the staff at new store to have a very cold hard demeanour and makes the store feel prison like. They have gone for security overkill in I’m presuming an effort to prevent shoplifting, but there appears to be 10 times more security guards than any other store surrounding it which seems excessive for such a small store. It would be fine if it weren’t for the disappointing attitudes of staff, complete lack of customer support in regard to returning items without receipt and kind of limited range
