Wickes Leeds

I no longer shop at Wickes Roundhay Road Leeds and leave my car parked as every time I have been in the past a 'Learner Driver" was practising in the car park. Who knows what damage could happen, surely a sign would suffice as it must be a private car park.

Average priced DIY store with trade and online ording / discounts, decent place, good staff. Some small things like stickers or price tags on decorative wood and components are annoying to remove, not just DIYers but professionals alike. Come on Wickes, design tags with the user in mind!

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! A whole year of us chasing wickes to complete our kitchen and it still isn't finished! Quick enough to take all your money!! If I could rate it in a minus score I would. Long story short, we are now going through the furniture ombudsman to get our a kitchen complete! Absolutely shocking service from start to finish. I have added a few photos of the shocking workmanship, cupboards not screwed properly, doors have fallen off, units aren't straight, units have been chipped and scratched.The list is endless. I would not want anyone to go through what we have this past year, so please please please do not use this company. Edit: I love the response of please ring customer service 🤦🏻‍♀️ like that wasn't my 1st port of call!! I have rung customer service, I have rung the store, I have rung the regional manager, you name it I've rung them all! Every week for a year, yet here we are, still waiting for our kitchen to be complete! So no thanks I won't ring customer service because I won't get any where. I echo again, please do not waste your money on this company! Edit 2, we have now been through the ombudsman to rectify our problems and they gave Wickes 60 days to complete, guess what? They've not!! So here we are still, 15months after our kitchen was installed still chasing for people to come and complete it!! PLEASE DO NOT USE WICKES!!

I'd like to thank Joe on the exceptional customer service he gave me when I returned a faulty tap. He was very friendly, listened to my issue, found a solution and all with a big smile. You usually don't get this kind of service these days. He's a credit to the store. Keep up the good work Joe!

I was impressed by today customer service in the shop. Tibor, duty manager was very helpful and polite. Helped me a lot and explained everything what I needed to know. First time had a such good experience in Wickes!
