We were in Wickes today and the service was spot on. Leo and Brenn (store manager) both took the time to walk us through what we needed and the best approach for our DIY project. Nothing was rushed and their advice was genuinely helpful. Just wanted to say a big thank you, lads — very knowledgeable, very helpful, and a real credit to Wickes.

I wish I could leave zero star with the new branch had kitchen appointment for measuring my kitchen no one showed up!!! Went in branch the have got only one person in showroom who is sorting g design for customers, I went to the disk did ask for help he said someone will come now 25 minutes no one came around very bad experience about Wicks thought I give try it might better than the other places but not it’s worse!!!! Wish Homebase will stayed there.

This is a large branch of Wickes, replacing the Homebase store that was previously in this unit. This branch is larger than the Roundhay branch. The store seems to be well-stocked and have a wide range of DIY products. There is, however, notably no longer a garden centre in the store since becoming a Wickes. I would love to see a selection of garden plants and products available, aside from the few that are outside the entrance to the store. Overall, this is a pleasant store and I hope that it is here to stay at the Moor Allerton Centre.
