Had a fantastic short stay at easyHotel Leeds City Centre and it exceeded all my expectations! The unbeatable central location is the biggest highlight—just a 10-minute walk from Leeds train station, steps away from Trinity Leeds Mall and all the top restaurants and bars in the city, making it super convenient for exploring everything Leeds has to offer. My room was spotlessly clean with all the essential amenities, the free Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout my stay, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable for a good night’s rest. The 24-hour front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the free pre-check-in luggage storage was a total lifesaver for my travel plans. The on-site vending machines and nearby Costa coffee also added to the great convenience. It’s the perfect budget-friendly choice for city breaks—great value for money, no frills but everything you need for a comfortable stay. I’d absolutely recommend it and will definitely book again when I’m back in Leeds!

Superb location & staff lovely. Room a little compact, wasn't keen on the glass partition for the toilet /shower room. Would have been uncomfortable if sharing the room. Room price extremely good. Would stay again. Situated in the centre in a perfect location.

The lift is stinky. The bathroom stunk of cleaning product, like really heavily. I mean you can’t complain too much when you pay £37 a night. The worst was the guests on the 1st floor, loud music playing from rooms, disruptive guests, could hear someone violently vomiting. Doors opening and banging whilst closing. Uncomfortable bed, extremely thin pillows = horrible sleep. I don’t think I’ll ever stay at the Leeds branch ever again. Only picked it because I’ve had great experiences in the past in the Cardiff branch as well as London. These other branches have held my luggage for free and have also given me free early check in, very generous. Leeds on the other hands charges £5 for luggage storage. Shocking for me as a Londoner since I would have expected this greed to originate from London, definitely not Leeds.

Wow, this is the first time I stayed at EasyHotel and I am very much impressed. Especially with Lia, her professionalism, kindness and being able to cater our needs is just top notch. Looking forward to stay at EasyHotel again AND hoping to meet more people like Lia with her exceptional service quality in the near future.
