Tool station sheepscar Leeds. I experienced excellent conduct from one of the most professional people I’ve ever met in the industry. Sharon and her team colleague were absolutely fantastic in their care compassion and decency towards me and my son today. I really do appreciate quality staff, and do know good staff. I have been in the Nhs world as former non-exec director, and recognise quality staff particularly Sharon was wonderful today in handling customer care concerns and resolving matters at pace and without any hesitation. She managed to restore confidence in some of the products and share her expertise in knowing what the store offers.
Fantastic staff, very helpful , went above and beyond , always have a great experience and would recommend this shop. 10/10. Thank you 🌞
After the horrible customer service at Screwfix I went to Toolstation and was extremely impressed with how good their customer service was I will be choosing Toolstation over Screwfix from now on
Ordered something online, was promised it in 3 working days, ended up having to chase it only to be told another week later that it wasn't in stock despite advertising it was. Turns out they were drop shipping. Ended up with a refund, and not so much as a sorry we've messed you about. Be wary about their drop shipping as they clearly have no idea of shock levels and it's not accurate information. Waste of time, should have gone to Jewson
