Don't go here, save your money and go to a better company who values their customers, it's an awful shop with awful customer service. If you want some advice go to screwfix it's got better prices and much friendlier staff.

Used these a good few times for all sorts. They always seem to have things in stock that other places dont. Sometimes a bit more price but worth it if you can get items same day. Big car park outside.

The customer service is absolutely amazing at this store. I went to collect my order I had placed on click and collect and they found it without any hesitation. The man who served me was polite and very helpful. He talked me through what I would need to do when I asked him. I will definitely shop there again

A little bumpy at the start but things have been addressed and working better than normal. unfortunately no free coffee available. Staff have recognized the name on the order to the point were I don't ask its ready on the table to pick up, thanks to all the staff at Toolstasion next tea or coffee on me.
