Wanted outdoor electric box. Took a screen shot before leaving £20 by the time I arrived it had gone up £7. Could have got it cheaper elsewhere but refund would take upto 5 days.

Go in this store a few times a week. A bit short staffed but all the staff are still friendly, helpful and efficient. A great experience compared to other trade counters and this week a free bag of sweets as well. Excellent!

Tool Station is my go to shop for tools, screws, fastenings and much more. The staff are excellent, very friendly and knowledgeable. Almost everything I've wanted has been in stock. On the odd occasion it hasn't I have simply ordered it over the phone if it's over 25 pound you get free delivery the next day. A big plus for me is the fact that they still have a free catalogue, so i can browse through it at my leisure often finding things that i didn't know they had but i want, so much better than places where you have to go in and try and figure out how to find them on a computer screen. If you're not tech savvy it's utterly hopeless and frustrating. This is a great shop with plenty of parking, highly recommended.

It’s always a pleasant visit at the Stoneferry branch, staff are always very helpful and polite. I recently purchased a Karcher jet wash and dealt with Claire who answered all my questions. I then came back for a new hose as my old one was too short! I had the pleasure of being served by Claire again. She couldn’t have been more helpful. Will definitely return again. Great prices too!

Great service. Went in for a strip light bulb, but didn't realise how many fitments there were and how I'd fit it. The two chaps in there went above and beyond to help me out and helped me fit it and test it. Happy days! really helpful cheers
