Collected a pizza and the dough was raw still, so called up and got a replacement sent out and it wasn’t much better, plus looks like they just threw the toppings on. Having worked for the company before I can honestly say the standards are far below what they’re expected to be!

I ordered a Range BBQ, for collection as i was in the area (i live 6 miles from Dominos). Got home, only to find that the pizza had a tomato base and no bbq sauce. I range Dominos and they expected me to drive 6 miles back to return the pizza so they could correct their mistake. Very poor customer' services.

My boyfriend and I ordered from here tonight, the website was down so we rang up, the worker on the phone was unhelpful and unapologetic of their system not working properly, we understand that things don’t always go to plan but she did not apologies once for the inconvenience and was not very polite or professional. As well as this part of our order has been missed on more than one occasion, need to work on their customer service
