This OXO Good Grips Good Gravy Fat Separator easily separates the fat for healthier gravies, soups and sauces. Made from heat-resistant and BPA-free nylon and Tritan. Designed with separator mechanism on the outside for easy clean-up. Squeeze the trigger to release gravy from the bottom and leave fat behind, complete with a strainer to catch the unwanted bits. Finished with convenient measurement markings (up to four cups). Dishwasher safe.
