Meaner Loy 'Stonehenge' Single Launch

Bathtime Sounds presents the debut single release show for new label signing Meaner Loy. 'Stonehenge' comes out everywhere on 31st July and to celebrate, the band will perform a very special live set in the basement of The Social. Support comes from art-rock five-piece Kissing Gate as well as experimental producer-songwriter Horn Player.Marrying the arch posturing of contemporary indie and the spirit of 90s alt rock, with the trash and camp of y2k poptimism and the harmonic language of música popular brasileira; the six-piece Meaner Loy finds its even keel somewhere amidst London's guitar band scene. Debut single "Stonehenge", produced by caroline founder Mike O'Malley, meets Meaner Loy at their most picaresque. The jumped-up waltz, with a country skew, fizzes with bowed-bass fuzz, tape-driven guitars and clattering drums.
