M de Minuty is an incredibly refreshing blend of Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah, crushed and allowed to settle before a cool fermentation. Best served as an aperitif, or with salads, light soups, grilled meat or fish, or apricot pie. Ultimately this is elegant in style - fruity, light and fresh with flavours of peach, orange peel and redcurrant and firmness. There is just a touch of smokiness behind attractive citrus flavours. Long term and incredibly close relationships and contracts with the best growers in the Côtes de Provence mean that Minuty can ensure that quality is at the core of everything that they do. Established back in 1936 the winery has recently gone through considerable modernization keeping the winery at the forefront of the industry in Provence.
