Our Beetroot Moulin Rouge Seeds produce a high-quality monogerm variety with excellent colour and sweet-tasting flesh. Once harvested, the beets store well and the young leaves can also be used in salads. Use either as a sweet and tasty cooked vegetable, pickled, in salads or fried as vegetable crisps. Sow outdoors from April to July, ready to harvest from June to October. The average pack contains 100 seeds.
