Materuni waterfall At the root of Kilimanjaro Mountain, we have a village called Materuni villages are home of Chagga and when you drive to the village they will welcome you with a smile and happiness. We are sure they wish you a good day because they already know how beautiful.From the main rode is a hike for 45 min so we will recommend that you have a good shoe. On the way to the waterfall, you will walk through the rain forest and field of banana and coffee plantation and the smell of the flowey. Your guide will tell you about the culture of Chagga and show you the flower of love and forgiveness. When you have reached the Materuni waterfall you can go and swim but remember the water is really cold. It makes sense because the water is coming from the glacier of Kilimanjaro. If you like to swim under the waterfall you can tray but the steam from the water is really strong so be careful but we know it is possible. Just have it in your mind that in Materuni you swim at your own risk.
