Half-Day Private Itaipu Dam and Biological Refuge Tour

You can’t visit Foz do Iguaçu without taking in the spectacular sight of the majestic Itaipu Dam! A true marvel, the largest in the world in electricity generation responsible for almost 20% of Brazil’s electricity consumption and 90% of Paraguay’s. It’s a gigantic in all senses being one of the seven engineering wonders of the modern world.Once you arrive at the dam, you’ll enjoy a minimum of 3:30 h of leisure time taking two on-site tours.
