Mezcal Union Uno Tequila, 70 cl

This Mezcal release from Union Uno is made using Espadin and Cirial Agave, which is cut and Roasted for Four days. The Agave used is aged for between 8-20 years, and brought to us from San Baltazar Guelavila. This Mezcal is Sweet with notes of Vanilla and a Subtle Floral body with plenty of Toasted Smokey Agave to finish! The Mezcal Unión brand was founded with a respect to mezcal's artisan and traditional production, as well as with a drive to provide social development and economic sustainability for the families producing the spirit itself - all worthy efforts.
