Monika Mosser has created a violet sparkling wine especially for this evening, which with its flowery aroma and gentle perlage immediately transports you into the world of the Empress.The highlight is an exclusive 3-course meal with hearty spicy steak or vegetarian porcini ravioli, served in style in the magnificent banquet hall of the over 400-year-old Hotel Stefanie.
