It has a canopy at the top to allow air to circulate. The structure of this parasol is made of reinforced steel and the handle and joints are made of plastic for ease of handling and riveted for safety. All metal parts are painted for extra strength. The polyester fabric (180g/m) is coated with a water-repellent product making it water-repellent in contact with water. The cross-shaped base (supplied) can be fixed to hard ground or weighted down with dedicated slabs.
