Use the end of your tint brush to create a centre part. Divide each side into two sections and secure with clips. - 2. Mix the Lightening Powder with Developer in your silicone bowl using your SHRINE tint brush until smooth and creamy. - 3. Start on the darkest area of your hair and apply to the roots using your tint brush. Continue working in fine sections, repeating until all roots are covered. - 4. Leave to develop for up to 45 minutes. Compare your first application to your last to ensure even lift. Perform a scrape test - hair should be a pale yellow. If not, leave for an additional 15 minutes before rinsing and shampooing. - 5.
