The pallet hosts a subtle combination of structure, length and vivacity, with a tannic finish due to the added red wine which also brings flavours of red berries. ### Product Description The House of Champagne Bollinger was founded in 1829 in the village of Aÿ, in the heart of the Cham-pagne region. Famous for its use of Pinot Noir and oak ageing techniques, the Bollinger wines are defined as much by the vines and the terroir as they are by the art of their blending and vi-nification.
