Kielder's Type 18 18V Riveter takes the usual Kielder formula of lightweight, high-power, and highly efficient batteries and brings it to cordless rivet guns.Capable of rivets from 2.4mm up to 6.4mmUp to 9000Nm pulling force1000+ rivets per chargeKielder already makes outstanding cordless drills and screwdrivers. They've now turned their attention to rivet guns. Their usual formula of high-quality Li-ion batteries and state of the art motors works extremely well here too.Using a 4 pole motor providing excellent low-speed torque, this riveter offers a huge 9000Nm pulling force, with a 23mm stroke length. The motor is frictionless and brushless for long lifespan too. A variety of rivets can be used from 2.4mm up to huge 6.4mm rivets. A collection chamber at the back of the tool can be fitted to catch rivet stems.This uses Kielder's Type-18 battery system which hold their charge for up to 12 months on the shelf and don't suffer from the memory effect. The same range of batteries can be used across all of Kielder's tools, which means that you only get more value and flexibility out of the batteries as you expand your toolkit. Kielder tools are available without batteries if you want to add them to an existing kit, or with battery, case, and charger if you're just starting to build your collection.Kielder estimate approximately 1400 aluminium rivets, and 1200 steel rivets from a single charge.As with all Kielder tools, this is lightweight and handy, weighing just 2.3kg with a battery. Dimensions are compact with a max length of 275mm with chamber or 202mm without.All riveters are supplied with a belt clip, 4 x nozzles, and a nozzle change tool.Riveters supplied with batteries come with a charger and case.
