Great food and a Great team, the manager, Sharon or Shannon Very polite, very nice on the phone then the driver I think his name was Jordan, a great asset very fast he opened the Bag And the steam was unreal, It was like it was pulled straight from the oven into my hands great service

I thought I was being sensible trusting a name like Dominos for a pizza before an important day at work. How wrong of me. I got tummy upset which caused gas and irritable bowel at work. On top of this the pizza was late in delivery.
Another delivery letdown. Ordered before dinner rush on Sunday to minimise chances of delays. Website showed estimated delivery time. After that had been missed, got an SMS to say it was taking longer and they'd be in touch when it was on the way. Didn't get another SMS, just driver landing a lot later. Kids ended up picking a lot of topping off as they were over done. Filled in survey and did a customer contact email, but got no reply. Cheeky part is, got a follow up email asking if we wanted to send driver a tip. We've had some issues with this branch in the past and thought we'd give them another try. Doubt we'll bother again and will just stick with The Curry House. Fully expecting a comment from social media team apologising and asking to get in touch. Let's see if you actually read these properly. I already mailed the LACL address and no-one has responded. Update for December 2025. Foolishly ordered at request if kids. Website amazingly buggy, with Blue Light codes not being accepted and pricing almost entirely random and is clearly not coded properly. Yes, we weren't using it with other offers, hit the threshold spend bit would nto apply. Feedback left with Bluelight, but Dominos don't care. Incidentally, social media did indeed provide a copy/paste response last time rather than reading it. Recommend just using a local Indy as it will be a lot cheaper and less hassle.
