Terrible customer service. I rang to make some enquiries re gold prices and the staff member wasnt interested, said goodbye and hung up!

Took in an engagement ring and wedding band and was offered £200 for the set for them to resell as a set, went to another jewellers on the same day who valued them based on their weight as scrap gold at £250. Won't use again and won't recommend.

We have been in this shop yesterday and spent £85. We were treated so lovely and got our ring boxed and in a gift bag. We were also in with a chap who spent over £3000 but we were treated with the same care and thanks as he was. Thanks so much. So genuine and caring. Xx

Needed a custom ring expanding by 4 sizes, the job they did was beyond amazing. Returned in like new condition, and I can't express the joy upon retrieving it. Their customer service is top notch and their craftsmanship is beyond question in my eyes. I cannot see where they altered it which if you look at the attached picture is no easy feat (was originally a pair of rings, significantly altered into one ring) They have a customer for life and that's no exaggeration.

I had a beautiful pendant necklace that I bought elsewhere but the chain had broken. I took it to Browns who provided a beautiful silver chain from a wide selection and one of their wonderful goldsmiths attached my pendant. It looks as good as new and the chain is much better quality than the original one. Reasonably priced and fantastic customer service. I’ll definitely be using Browns again. Thank you so much.
