Disappointing Experience with Sports Direct Rating: 1/5 I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Sports Direct in Cleveland Centre, Middlesbrough. As a regular customer, along with my family, we have consistently shopped at this store and have spent a significant amount of money. In fact, on the very same day I purchased the problematic jacket, we made additional purchases totaling around £200. Despite our loyalty, the staff's behavior was unprofessional and unhelpful when I tried to return the defective jacket. The jacket itself has several design flaws, including a stuck zipper and uncomfortable pocket zip that hurts my hand. When I attempted to return the jacket, the staff refused, citing that I had worn it and therefore couldn't exchange it. This reasoning is unacceptable, as I couldn't have known about these issues without trying the product. I still have the bill, but the staff's inflexibility was astonishing. As a loyal customer, I expect a certain level of quality and service, especially considering our repeat business. It's disheartening to encounter such a rigid return policy and unaccommodating staff. Unless Sports Direct improves their customer service and return policy, I will be forced to take my business elsewhere. After many days I used this Jacket again. In a hurry, because I need to hold my kid, I put my phone in the pocket and I meed to tear the pocket to take my phone out. Thank you sports direct for your efficient customer policy.

Shocking service from the male colleague on the shoe area. Would’ve expected better from such a big store

I bought this material from this store four days ago, but four days later I encountered this scene and unfortunately, I wanted to wear it when I wanted to go to a party. When I went to the store, even though I haven't worn it at all and it has a tag, he tells me to wash it and we can't exchange it, while it was in the same bag as the first rose that I bought, and he says it has nothing to do with me.

It was amazing, a bit pricy but totally worth it. I love the bag as well, it is sold for £1. Be sure to visit sports direct on your next trip to Cleveland Centre.
