My experience in this shop was awful and bad. I had a bad customer experience with the way I was treated in this shop. I bought a Honor Tablet from this shop on Friday 29th of March 2024. I was not given this product to check for my satisfaction until I made payment. However, immediately I paid (£145) for this used product, I realized some features were missing in the Tablet phone and I requested for my money without leaving the shop and they refused to refund the money. It is so unfortunate that I can be treated badly as a customer with my hard-earned money. I felt cheated. More so, I was curious with the way I was treated as a customer and I went online only to found out that the new Honor Tablet is sold for £125. I was not happy with the way I was treated because I see myself as being duped. Thus, I recommends to customers or people to always consider checking online before going to buy from this shop and be careful of buying from this shop. The staff were not nice to me at all, they were only after my money. Customer experience and satisfaction is why business exists. I felt cheated and bad.

There was a mistake made when I originally purchased a game in store meaning I had to contact customer services. (One game I brought didn’t get put in the case) Despite the mistake that was made the experience was very positive with the issue being resolved very quickly by both the customer service team and the store staff, I was in and out the store in under 30 seconds on my revisit to collect the disk. Very friendly staff who were open and honest about the mistake and made it a point to apologise and make it right.

Popped myself within the store to have a browse .. was quite busy many customers complaining of the cost of second hand electrical technology items as too strong Suppose they have to make a profit and also offer 2year warranty I have been quite lucky and never needed to claim the warranty on my photography equipment Sadly nothing here for me today Was tempted on a new phone A rated But it won't stop me calling into the other store in the town for a sneaky look too Clean store bright and airy nice environent Better than a lot of other exchange stores in the Boro

Absolutely fantastic staff in this store. Always polite,friendly and will go out of there way to help you, can't fault them here. Often wonder about some of the prices though, specifically games as quite a few of them you can buy from places such as argos brand new for a cheaper price. Often see with electrical products also, why price higher or the same as brand new products.
