Came in today to buy Forza Horizon 4, the case was disgusting and not only that the disc is broken with moisture damage or heat damage, not the first time I’ve been ripped off, bought cyber punk a while back and they gave me disc 2 twice so I couldn’t install it. An absolute joke and a waste of money

First time in a CeX. Rows of DVD's, CD's and computer games - bit like a charity shop really. Small selection of phones, cameras, tablets etc - many quite vintage and undesirable. I did see a Sony RX100vii that would have been useful to me. But the pricing was high with no scope for bartering or discounts. Amazon brand new £1049, Cotswold Cameras £859 brand new - CeX 'b' condition (signs of use, scuffs etc) with no box at £850. Staff seemed uninterested when I asked to view the camera, and I left wondering how the business model works at all. Weird shop all round. I would find little reason to visit again.

Absolute joke ! Came in to buy a £1 DvD while there was three workers in the store. One was preoccupied with another customer but there another older worker stood doing nothing who could’ve easily served us. We had to wait in line for 15 minutes when there was only us and one other customer. Good luck to the younger blonde lad as he seems to be the only one to do any actual work
