Dream Apartments Middlesbrough

Would not recommend. The rooms and hallways are in a desperate need of refreshment. There are stains and scratches everywhere. The room I was allocated had breadcrumbs scattered on the kitchen floor and the bed sheets. The pillow cases, sheets and ironing board had stains. The doors have huge gaps and tend to shut loudly so you can hear everything that your neighbours are doing. The staff at the reception are lovely and very helpful but they don't have people there for 24/7 support. The housekeeping comes only once a week and there's no equipment to clean by yourself. You can ask them to come in on a different day but there's an extra charge. I left the stained pillow cases, stains up for the housekeeping and they just put them back with the others on the bed. The WiFi is quite good.

My partner and I were recently relocated from Spain to Middlesbrough and had to stay over 5 weeks at Dream Apartments. I cannot express how outstanding the customer service was. When we arrived we had to self isolate for several days, making us completely dependent on the staff. Toni and Dominic went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Any requests we had, they were more than happy to accomodate us. They also provided us with valuable information for the inexhaustive list of questions we had about the area. For this reason alone I would recommend staying here. The rooms provide the basic necessities, nothing fancy. In our case, it was suitable to live for a few weeks. The rooms were cleaned thoroughly and to a high standard. The apartments are in the heart of Middlesbrough. The main train station and all amenities are within walking distance which makes it an ideal location.

Lovely spacious apartments and professional staff. The apartments were very clean, and the staff were always willing to help. The apartments are in a good central location which is useful for restaurants as there are none on site, but we were able to experience various restaurants and bars within Middlesbrough due to this. We enjoyed our time with dream, thanks for the great stay.

I decided to stay at dream apartments whilst visiting my family and friends. We had a great stay! On arrival the young receptionist, was able to check us in early which was a great help, and the rest of our stay was smooth sailing. Fabulous location near the town centre where we enjoyed an exceptional family dinner at Sopranos.

I don’t recommend this accommodation, very unclean rooms, I found a sweet stuck in the coach bed, a-lot of dirty behind the oven and the washing machine, a blocked sink, and dust everywhere and in the bed as well. Although I told the receptionist, there were no action was taken. I asked many times for housekeeping but they didn’t send them although they said they will. Unhelpful staff. Also there is no safety, no cameras, and there was a fire alarm in our apartment, the sound didn’t exceed the apartment and no one came to check the situation. There is no shifts in the accommodation, at 5pm no reception, and sometimes in the morning. This is the first and last time to book this accommodation.
