OYO The Baltimore Hotel

Used this Hotel for the location as I needed a place to lay my head whilst visiting my husband in hospital and the location was perfect. Although they didn’t know it the friendly smiles were really important to me and they were in abundance. The young lady at breakfast was extremely pleasant and accommodating nothing seemed too much trouble. Breakfast was good. They had a hot cooked breakfast with boiled eggs but when I asked for fried they were cooked to order with no issues. I booked a standard double room which was extremely small walking space around the bed a framed shelved until to store things and hang clothes and a separate shower and toilet but for what I needed it for it was suffice. It was clean and the bed was comfy. They had a good supply of tea and coffee in the room and in the lobby when I arrived I was asked if I’d like a hot drink. Walking around the hotel it looked fresh and smelt lovely. There were some nice seating areas in and outside. There were bigger rooms available but if you just need a comfortable bed for the night this hotel is ideal.

Very welcoming hotel, great location near city centre. Amazing Indian restaurant just over the road. Gym just down the road. Breakfast is served as buffet…full English toast. choices of continentals. Staff are very friendly and polite they are always very welcoming. Staff are so passionate within their roles. Clean and professional. Great parking with no extra fees. My favourite is the coffee machine Rijo.

The room was ideal for my 1 night stay overall. I would stay here again. Service was excellent with all staff polite, friendly and wanting the best experience for their guests. Anchal in the breakfast area was amazing where nothing was a problem, the breakfast was delicious, Thank you!

The hotel room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable, the guys at reception were always responsive and kind. The location was very good, very close to everything you may need. Anchor the lovely lady at the restaurant was very nice & helpful. She did everything to satisfy us.

quiet hotel atmosphere, friendly staff. cozy room with a nice big bathroom. just outside the town. no complaints about our stay here it’s been lovely. staff make you feel very welcome and comfortable
