I audited thos store on a Sunday morning, and you could tell, the staff, whilst otherwise were fine, looked like death warmed up. Food offeres were decent, read the small print tho. Store was clean, no nasty smells like you get in some freezer heavy stores. My main issue was the state of the store outside and the immediate area, appalling, litter everywhere. Really brought down the feel of the store. Such a pity.
Paid for shopping and home delivery this Saturday 17 1 2026 waited 7 till 9 no delivery phoned customer support that tell me I missed it even though I have ring a door bell camera and cctv so does neighbours so I have proff of no delivery for a max I tracks my delivery when it was late to find the van parked at the back of McDonald’s the drive proceeds to tell the customer services I wasn’t in so I get new delivery booked today at half 2 they tell me my husband and I waited even phoned back to get told between 2 an 5 this time still no delivery I phones back yet again to ask the lady now she tells me shops closed how do I fed the kids n family to be told you’ll have to wait till stores open nothing they can do so I was basically strung along till closing I will be at store tomorrow morning I will be expecting to leave with my shopping this store and customer service is a disgrace and want to be shamed of there selfs I will be taking this though the proper channels first thing sorry isn’t good enough
It’s starting to get busier here at the Food Warehouse but not so busy that you can’t get round quickly if you pick the right time. Thankfully, they’ve also increased the amount of trolleys available and checkout is quick without staff throwing things at you. Good deals on multi-buys, especially soft drinks, which is what drew me in at first. Now I tend to pick up lovely frozen stuff from Harry Ramsden and Greggs when I visit.
Lots of cheap food! Recommended
Shop very good, but when I got to the till gave the assistant £20 she gave receipt ontop of my change which I put in my pocket, went straight home got home to find she had gave completly wrong change. Phoned up spoke to a gentleman who told because I left the shop thers nothing they could they owe me £4.37 and to pensioner thats alot and how many more has this happened to. Shame on you iceland
