Nisa Local

This is my go-to local shop and I visit almost every day. Urmish consistently provides outstanding service and always makes the experience pleasant. He is friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. The shop always has everything I need and want. Highly recommend.

I want to give 2.5 stars as the store is definitely 50/50. Most of the staff are lovely and helpful, but there is one chap who snaps at you EVERY TIME you go in! I went today to ask to collect an InPost parcel. I had grabbed 2 items as I entered the shop and took them to the till - as this chap always does he barked- "Pay for that first" - he then barked again at me as I was helping his colleague locate my parcel. I dread having anything delivered there or dropping anything off if he is on shift. My last experience was when I collected my first ever Vinted parcel- I had a text which I showed him and he literally screamed at me I was stupid and needed a barcode!!! I tried to explain I had never bought from Vinted before and could he advise rather than snap/shout, but he just kept shouting at me! I asked him to stop being so aggressive and to stop shouting - sadly, that was like a red rag to a bull! It is such a shame, as his colleagues are very polite and helpful and seem to spend all their time apologising for him.

Will not take Yodel parcels which are bulky. Parking awkward. Staff not friendly.

I recently visited Nisa store and was impressed by their promotion prices, which offered great value for money. The store had a diverse range of items, making it convenient for all my needs. Additionally, the customer service was friendly and helpful, creating a pleasant shopping experience. Overall, I highly recommend Nisa for its affordability, selection, and welcoming atmosphere.

No meal deals. Very upsetting. I almost cried.
